Created: (LB-48) Create a kafka stats endpoint

Create a kafka stats endpoint
-----------------------------

                 Key: LB-48
                 URL: http://tickets.musicbrainz.org/browse/LB-48
             Project: ListenBrainz
          Issue Type: New Feature
          Components: API
            Reporter: Robert Kaye

I'd like to have a page that we can see how many listens are in Kakfa. Ideally this data would be easily parseable so that we can monitor with nagios.

Alastair Porter commented on LB-48:
-----------------------------------

Here's a way of getting these numbers:

/opt/kafka/bin/kafka-run-class.sh kafka.tools.ConsumerOffsetChecker --topic listens --group listen-group

It prints 3 values: offset (where we are), logSize (how many things there are), lag (logSize-offset)
