libspiff is hosted at SF, not the Xiph SVN, so no automatic commits
notifications there and doing them manually would be... unpratical.

I can configure the destination address freely but I'm not
sure if xiph-commits would be a better place.  Would it?

Well, I'll subscribe to the new one, and I already subscribe to the
old one, so it's the same for me.  I guess it's easier to do it this
way, unless e.g. rillian has a preference.

The final setup is this:
Commit mails are now sent to both lists:

  libspiff-commits [1]
  xiph-commits     [2]

Please subscribe where you feel appropriate.
