New XSPF tool for inclusion in website

Marc Ransome
For inclusion in the XSPF applications webpage:

spfy (https://rubygems.org/gems/spfy or http://github.com/marcransome/spfy)
A simple command-line tool for generating XSPF playlists from metadata stored in several popular audio formats, developed entirely in Ruby.

Thanks.
